Key Responsibilities
- Define processes based on business requirements and also based on quality models / standards
- Provide process consulting to projects / assist projects in process tailoring
- Conduct / drive internal audits and identify project risks and issues
- Assist in closure of NCs. Analyze NCs to identify root cause(s) and drive systemic actions to eliminate such root cause(s)
- Conduct process trainings
- Carry out metrics analysis
- Be a partner to projects throughout the project life cycle (From kick-off to closure) and educate / mentor project team members to ensure process compliance / effectiveness
- Drive continuous process improvements within the assigned Delivery Units
