Roles and Responsibilities

* In depth understanding of PeopleSoft HCM application and data processes, procedures, programs and configuration.
* Demonstrated knowledge of the end-to-end personnel administration business processes and data
* Knowledge of PS online, batch, reporting, data structures, and workflow.
* Experience in at least three full PeopleSoft HRMS lifecycle implementations; perform analysis, design and

implementation of system changes.
* Under limited guidance, perform complex analyses, design, development, testing, implementation,

documentation and problem solving of application and technology components.
* Interact and communicate effectively with ERP Development team members to ensure the successful delivery

and implementation of Oracle/PeopleSoft updates and modifications into production.
* Troubleshoot and correct application errors.

* Technology - COBOL, CICS, DB2 as core experience; Certification in any of these technologies is an added plus. Experience in DB2 performance tuning is a must.
* MINIMUM Experience of 6 - 8 years
* The candidate should be able to review the existing code and suggest programming performance efficiency. Should be able to carry out debugging/analysis towards minimizing storage using related tools. Should have experience in DB2 query performance with exposure to any of the tools such as Omegamon, platinum etc.Should have exposure to tools that addresses CICS performance analysis.
