Enterprise Application built either using J2EE / .Net. Portal Server

exposure would be good to have.
* Knowledge in Agile would be a desirable skill.
* 4+ years of exp with manual and automation testing (any tool is

fine)
* Some programming exp
* Ability to come out with good test cases and scenarios
* Decent communication

* Developing & Reviewing Testcases
* Test Planning
* Test Suite creation
* Defect Analysis & Fixing
* writing Test Scripts.
